They say that only the first forty years in the boy’s life are complicated, then it gets a little simpler. Girls, however, if they are at least temporarily deprived of the opportunity to instruct boys on the true path, behave no more prudently. And how, in fact, are girls and boys different from grown-ups? The answer is simple: the presence of an uncontrollable imagination and complete fearlessness in eating its fruits. But who, in fact, said that children can and adults can not? Certainly not us. We go to Italy to the places of military glory of real and fictional characters and take pictures of what is between truth and fiction. At the same time we:
1. Visit Venice, where even girls with reduced social responsibility are brought on trays, though not all of them
2. We will go to Siena, in which each of the seventeen regions bears the name of an animal, has its own coat of arms and legend
3. We will visit Mantova, where the unfortunate Romeo ended up in exile
4. We will prowl streets of Verona, where Juliet languished in separation
5. We will sail a racing yacht on Lake Garda
… and we’ll take a picture of all this so that it will be our turn to stand to look at least with one eye.
But that is not all. Since scientific and technological progress is inexorably pushing photographers to where directors and cameramen used to dominate, we will not resist it, but, for the week allotted to us, we will make a short film about our adventures.
Childhood is childhood, but we take with us only those who are able to not abuse any mind-altering substances for seven whole days, behave decently, and not get involved in dubious affairs.
